These 8 1/2" tall executive quality Liberty Statues are beautiful. Wood base construction with satin finish. The base and Lady are meticulously detailed. The height listed is from the top of the torch to the bottom of the wood base. The brown base is constructed of wood. The white base is constructed of thick plastic. And the green lady is constructed of a plastic/hard rubber mixture. These statue figurines have a color light in the white frosted torch. Light alternates from deep red, to green, blue, white, light blue, deep violet, and light violet. Bright enough for a well lit office. On/Off switch is out of sight on the bottom of the statue. Batteries included. The base has 4 rubber pads.
